Cancellation, returns and exchanges at ComfortU.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once a product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are available only on selected products. Eligibility is mentioned on each product page.
- The return window is generally 3 days from delivery.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to send the product to our office address yourself.
- Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
- This policy may change without prior notice.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Requests raised after the return period mentioned on the product page will not be accepted.
